Q1: How custom is “custom”?

Every Survival Ring starts with your story. I’ll suggest stones, colors, and designs based on what you tell me, and you’ll approve the direction before I start building. No factory presets – each ring is one-of-a-kind.

Q2: What if I don’t know exactly what I want?

You don’t have to. Start by telling me what you survived, and what kind of feeling you want the ring to have (darker, lighter, bold, subtle). I’ll guide you through the rest.

Q3: How long does it take?

Most custom rings take about X–Y weeks from final design approval to shipping. I’ll give you a clear timeframe before you commit.

Q4: Do you ship outside Canada?

Yes. I ship to [countries you ship to], and I’ll give you shipping options and tracking once your ring is ready.

Q5: What if my size is wrong?
